SBS可剥性电镀保护涂料的开发和应用

　　摘要：采用苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体SBS为基材，适当配以填充剂和增塑剂及其它敷料，用高 温开炼机或密炼机制造混炼胶片，然后加入适量的溶剂制成可剥性涂料。其耐酸碱性，结合 力和可剥性，都非常优良，经有关工厂电镀保护应用试验，比同类化铣可剥涂料省时、省力 ，效果更好。可以大量节约电镀液，其中包括含有昂贵的金、银等金属材料的电镀液。

ABSTRACT

　　Adopt Basic materials of thermoplastic elastomers of kind of styrene put on prop riety filler and plasticizing agents and other compounding ingredients,using hig h temperature mill or intermixer manufacture the compound.Then put on propriety amount of solvent make the caoting compound of peelable type for electroplating protiction.This caoting acid-resistant and alkaliresistance and heat-resistant a nd binding force and peelable are all very fine.Through the application test of concemed factory known that save man-hour and saving a mass of electroplating l i quid than cogenner chemic milling,therein include electroplating liquid having A u and Ag etc.costliness metals.
