氢化丁腈橡胶与氟醚橡胶的相容性研究

摘 要:从氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)/氟醚橡胶(PMVE)并用体系的硫化特性、物理性能、动态力学性能及热力学性能等方面对HNBR与PMVE的相容性进行了研究,并从分子结构方面予以分析讨论.实验结果表明,HNBR和PMVE虽然在硫化速度上相差很大,但其并用胶具有较好的物理性能,ML、t90及拉伸强度等与并用比呈线性关系,MH、MH-ML、硬度及100%定伸强度等随PMVE的增加先增大后减小,呈现协同增效效应,表明两种聚合物之间有一定的相互作用,并用体系是机械相容性的.但并用胶的tanδ-T、E"-T和DSC曲线上均有两个玻璃化转变峰,Cole-Cole曲线呈现两个半圆形,说明并用胶在微观结构上是不均匀的.因此,HNBR与PMVE并用胶属机械相容但热力学不相容体系.
